shipping & returns
All orders ship within 2 business days via UPS. Typical transit time is 5 days.
Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
We ask that you please be mindful of the condition of your return. Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, or undamaged, with tags still intact.
All items bought on sale or with a promo code are final sale only.
All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled (*excluding pre-ordered items, see note below). An order can be cancelled before it has shipped, however there will still be a $10 cancellation & processing fee.
Please email orders@sevenseasofvoyage.com with pictures of the damage, and we will work with you on a replacement.
